Not broken, prolapsed discs. May as well be broken though. It is thought that I received the injury through repeatedly cross country running with a leg injury. Thought I could run it out but after a week I couldn't walk one morning getting out of bed and then this neck crap appeared. Done myself in good bro.

Back to normal. Had physio and some Chinese needles stuck in me to get rid of constant pins and needles in my arm. It works. Took the land rover to caister for a surprise long weekend booked by the missis, got thrown out of tesco for not wearing a top... I've never been refused entry for being too good looking before! The land rover hit 100,000 miles and I've had to stick rear pads in it which gave me a chance to remove and clean up the rear callipers and associated components. Doing that allowed me to change out the black brake fluid for dot 4, a job on the list of things to do for about a year. Didn't have the eezee bleed adapter for the reservoir... it's not a screw type so I made one out of a radiator cap I had laying around but it didn't seal under pressure too well and kept leaking fluid so I got the farmers wife to do the pedal bit. I had to lean across her to show her how to adjust the leccy seats... awkward moment.
I need to find a Goodyear wrangler for it, have they stopped making these? I can't find them new anywhere! It has a set of fuldas on it since I bought it and they are 5 years old, maybe I should just go get those as they seem to take the weight quite well but they are cracked to hell. They've done well I reckon.

Well, the Italian tuning has come to an abrupt end. It was all going well until yesterday morning when upon starting there was this strange engine shaped light on the dash, I checked and the engine is still in there so it only leaves the possibility that.... oops, something went wrong. It still runs and drives but I noticed a lumpiness upon accelerating. I asked the missis and she reported the same thing. So, now I have to get that nanocom, although I no longer need the range rover sport v8 software as my brother had his knicked last week, so saving money already. So, place your bets on what has happened and I'll post the outcome in a couple of months time once the CATS have been destroyed.

Italian tuning recommences today! Disconnected the battery for a few hours as no one was using the prestigious motor car. Reconnected battery, light gone. That's fixed in my land rover book.
